[Archived in Entry]
[tech ronin] I'm just about ready to choose one of these two great handheld phones. I've got a Blackberry 7100t that I've been testing for about 5 days and my Zire 72 doing its best to proxy for the Treo 650. I've read virtually everything on the Net on this subject.
Some slightly related from Technorati and Google.

[Mobile Enterprise Weblog] Microsoft's Messaging: Many in the industry - and Microsoft specifically - expect that the addition of this free software will change the dynamics of the mobile middleware marketplace. Microsoft is gunning for Research In Motion and the company's BlackBerry Enterprise Server product. This is not only short-sighted, but it's also working proof of how a monopoly acts: late to market, gives away product to drive out competitors, focuses on sub-optimal market outcomes.

[Tow.com] tow.com » blog » Hands on with the Handspring Treo: People who have wielded the Qualcomm PDQ or the Visor Phone will be shocked when they see the Treo. This GSM Palm-powered phone/handheld is really, really small. Placed next to my Palm Vx, the Treo was shorter, and less wide, though it was definitely thicker.
[Blackberryblog.com] Blackberry Blog / Software: it's the platform. The Tungsten (not to mention the Treo) had all the features except for always-on Blackberry email plus it offered expandability, infrared, a built-in camera (in the case of the Treo) and a stylus for those that prefer point and click. In short, the only reason you'd want to carry around a Blackberry 7200 series instead of a Treo would be the push email that the Blackberry offered.
