„Ever since I got the Treo 600, I've been neglecting my Sony Clie T615C, a very nice PDA that runs Palm OS 4.1. A few months ago, I spent way too many hours trying to figure out how to sync the Clie to Evolution on Red Hat 9 Linux. I updated to new versions of Evolution and the gnome-pilot software and I followed instructions on other people's website, but no joy was to be had.“

„Worldwide PDA shipments declined 4.6 percent in the first quarter of 2004, but the battle for the PDA operating system market has heated up as PalmSource and Microsoft were in a virtual tie in shipments in the first quarter of 2004, according to preliminary results from Gartner, Inc. Palm OS shipments declined by 20.7 percent in the first quarter of 2004 compared with the same period last year (see Table 1). Palm OS market share slipped to 40.7 percent, while the Windows CE market share increased to 40.2 percent.“http://www.stargeek.com/item/113870.html - Cached
„Hot presentation tip: When using Clicker to control your presentations (either via phone or PDA), turn Presentation Mode on (either from the menu bar or from Clicker's preference pane), as shown in Figure 7. This tells your Mac and paired device to do a number of useful things: among them are to not invoke phone events, to aggressively try to reconnect if the connection is lost, and it also keeps your Mac from sleeping/dimming (even when you aren't actively using Clicker). It won't turn off your phone, though, so be sure to turn yours off when you're presenting -- this is just as true for speakers as it is for conference goers!“ posted on 2004/07/28http://www.macdevcenter.com/pub/a/mac/2004/01/06/ macosxunwired.html - Cached
„Are there some things about your Palm OS PDA that you wish you could change? For instance, do you try to pull down the menu from the top of the screen like on your desktop, even though for some reason the menu key is on the bottom? Because everyone has their own preferences, developers have created hacks.“http://granite.medlib.iupui.edu/pda/archives/ 000420.html - Cached
