Microsoft has already launched their Xbox 360 gaming console and Sony would be following their hugely successful PS2 with Playstation 3 in the coming months.

Sony not shy
[Guardian Unlimited: Gamesblog] They seem to have a much better understanding of what works on a handheld compared to Sony's strategy of porting over PS2 titles. I don't deny that Wipeout Pure looks lovely, but I've got Wipeout Fusion on my PS2 and haven't touched it in a year, so why would I want more of the same?

Damn you, Sony!
[Toyville, presented by MaximumAwesome.com] So there was all this crazy-ass hype about Sony updating the PSP firmware, and all the geeks were champing at the bit for it. When it finally became available, I downloaded it like all the other sheep, even though I dont have a Wi-Fi connection in my home, and I dont hang out in coffee shops, so the web browswer is kind of a useless add-on.

Kid At Heart
[Toyville, presented by MaximumAwesome.com] As a longtime Game Boy fan, I was as wary as anyone else when Sony announced their intention to take over the portable gaming market the same way they had ursurped the console universe by making Nintendo sweat and sending Sega out of the hardware biz entirely. I swore I wouldn’t be sucked in by the marketing, but I was, and couldn’t resist picking up my PSP the day it came out.
