Slashdotted (in comments) regarding Skype

„The beta release of Skype for the Pocket PC prompted a Slashdot post and instantly a comment about Skype's potential for adware/spyware hijinks. Just like that, my analysis of Skype's license agreement got Slashdotted . To Skype's credit, I've heard nothing fishy out of Skype in this regard since last September.“

Skype Mobility

„It's not enough to argue that using Skype's mobile solution will pay out vs a high cellphone contract after six months. While that may be the current Skype rationale this move is targeted longer term at emerging Enterprise solutions. It may be more appropriate to look at solutions where high density mobility within a connected fairly contained workforce is important.“

PDA Fiction

„Publsiher's Synopsis: Daniel Benjamin and Steven Simon began working on this book shortly after leaving the National Security Council, where, as director and senior director for counterterrorism, they watched the rise of al-Qaeda and helped coordinate America's fight against Usama bin Laden and his organization. They warned in articles and interviews about the appearance of a new breed of terrorists who were determined to kill on the grand scale.
