Reading blogs on your Palm

„As I noted in an earlier post, I bought myself a Palm M130 as a present to myself in starting my new life as an independant consultant. It's my first PDA and I went for the cheapest model I could afford that was still expandable and offered a decent colour screen. I had resisted getting one for a long time, but finally broke down and got one, not least of which was because I've been involved with discussions about website accessibility for too long not to actually try and access websites through an alterrnate device. I've used Jaws and other screen readers, but never a PDA or cell phone, and I like to walk the talk when I can.“

Some slightly related:
„At times I found myself being won over by the guy. I had to wonder about myself: was I one of those people who could meet Mussolini in person and say, "Nice chap...don't know why everyone says such horrible things about him..." I don't remember Vietnam, and so I don't have the visceral reaction many do to McNamara. I had to remind myself that if it were Donald Rumsfeld up on the screen mouthing the exact same words, I'd think: Liar.“http://www.cadence90.com/blogs/ 2004_03_01_nixon_archives.html - Cached
„I'm currently working on a cunning new blogging plan whereby I go round leaving comments on other peoples' blogs in lieu of having a site of my own to post on. Only, as plans go, it's neither terribly cunning nor particularly new. And only a matter of time before the hosts I parasitise myself on get really pissed off.“http://halfpie.net/2004/04/20/been_there.html - Cached
„If anything it’s been a journey of discovery of not only of my writing style, but of myself as well. I really had no idea where I was going with this weblog, but given the wide array of topics I’ve covered, I’ve learned a lot about myself along the way. Recently I saw that my local YMCA is doing a class called “Creative Writing for Inspired Living.” The course is 6 weeks long and “Participants will study the creative process and strive to discover their ‘inner writer’ in order to enhance creativity in daily living.” I’ve never taken the course, but after doing 52 weeks of posting to my weblog, I can definitely see the merits of creative writing.“http://www.mashby.com/archives/000494.html - Cached
„You can try Hand/RSS for Palm OS from Stand Alone, Inc. I wish it had a few more features, but it is pretty darn good. Downloads the XML's via HotSync and you can even update them via Bluetooth, WiFi or modem!“http://matt.makalumedia.com/archives/ 000172.html - Cached

„With those "doors open" it was still a bit disappointing to myself to see the extremely low number of African Americans at all five of the recent art fairs: Art Basel Miami Beach, Art Miami, Palm Beach Contemporary, Scope Miami, and New Art Dealers Alliance Fair. I'm sure a lot of that comes from the lack of art and artists represented locally, nationally, and internationally. So much for the idea of the new globalism...“http://miamiartexchange.typepad.com/maex_art_blog/2004/.../ palm_beach_cont.html - Cached

„Posted on Tuesday, November 12, 2002 04:48 PM I bought a Palm Vx a few years ago for almost $500 - I was one of the first people in line back when I had the cash to be an early adopter . I never really got into using it as an organizer and ended up keeping it around as to read eBooks and for a 100,000 word Spanish/English dictionary. But in the past year I haven't even used it that much because the digitizer went bad and now everytime I pick it up, I have to reset the digitizer because it's always screwy.“http://www.russellbeattie.com/notebook/ 20021112.html - Cached
