  „The new PDA also has built-in 802.11b wireless LAN connectivity, protected flash memory, a built-in sliding QWERTY-style keyboard, and support for Compact Flash and Secure Digital (SD) expansion cards. An optional expansion jacket supports an extra battery and has an additional Compact Flash slot, Sharp says. For high-speed wide-area wireless, Sharp will sell an optional CDMA 1X Compact Flash card offered by Sprint.“

Handheld predictions

  „Sharp's C700-series Zauruses have had VGA screens in Japan for months now, but US models have been limited to 320x240. That's supposed to change in January with the SL-6000 . Sony will probably be the first PalmOS vendor with a VGA screen, probably around the time they ship their first PalmOS 6 handheld.“
